2nd & Virginia is a mixed-use high-rise project located in the heart of downtown Seattle. The existing historic building created a unique opportunity to implement the facade as a primary entrance. The 42 story tower includes a 5-star hotel with 184 keys, as well as 191 condo units. 5 levels of underground parking will include a state of the art automated parking system.
One project goal was to implement an agile project management methodology through the use of PM software. Building permit drawings were generated in Revit, and design team coordination was performed with the design architect, consultant teams, and jurisdictions using Jira.
