The development underwent initial master planning, programming, and area calculations, with a detailed schematic design package modeled in Revit for investment presentations. The goal is to create a premier mixed-use campus that offers top-notch amenities, including two class A office towers, a full-service hotel, luxury multifamily apartments, and integrated dining and retail options. This campus will deliver unparalleled live-work-play experiences in the Phoenix Valley.
