Wai Kai, is a lifestyle center under construction Hoakalei on a 178-acre site. It features 230,000 sq ft of retail including over 100 shops, 12 restaurants, a food hall, and diverse entertainment across 27 buildings.
The development is integrated into a captivating 52-acre lagoon beside the Pacific Ocean through enchanting boardwalks and promenades. Our goal was to establish a destination marketplace that sets the benchmark for experiential retail and lifestyle centers.
To bring this vision to life, we executed master planning, architectural design, entitlements coordination, and generated presentation and permitting documents for this vibrant shopping and entertainment district.
