Piramal Mahalaxmi Towers

Mahalaxmi is a mixed-use development located in South Mumbai. Three 63 story towers sit atop a 9 story podium makes the project the tallest residential towers in Mumbai. The podium contains retail shopping, a club-house, and residence amenity spaces. The unit mix includes Studio through 4BHK condominiums. The site design challenges included fire truck access to the top of the podium, hiding rear views to a state security facility, and maximizing the lifetime views of the Indian Ocean.

Initial design modeling was done in Sketchup. Space planning and area calculations were completed in AutoCAD. The DD package was modeled in Revit. Marketing images were provided to the client, and continuous coordination with local consultants and general contactors was necessary at the start of construction.
